last2 sibuk conference punya pasal, tak sempat jalan2 pun...cettt

this is 1 huge stadium!! was so excited i made it to the new stadium since the last time i went to Highbury i didn't visit it. i was a bit suprised the stadium is really just a few steps away from the old one. anyway, bersyukur dpt sampai jugak akhirnye.


Bought lots of stuff from The Armoury, all for myself. haha.

Missed on the stadium tour though, that was really a heartbreaker as i had lots of time and booked the tour already but i still miss it somehow. But no worries, i'm going there again on Apr 18 and already booked the legend tour with Charlie George. oooo how i'm looking forward to that.

had a chance to visit the old place again the last time i went to London...

the main purpose was to go to the new stadium but before doing that, had a walk towards the old East Stand, kinda sad it has been torn apart to make way for apartment....

Lama dah tak update apa2....live kinda stagnant nowadays with my latest job assignment...no overseas trips...in fact just a trip to Miri recently, wasn't interesting

Tapi one part of my life just took another turn recently, Arsenal moved home to the magnificently new Emirates Stadium. All look good from now on...


I have a fond memory of the old Arsenal Stadium. Went for a week training in Cambridge then spent a weekend in London. Ingat lagi masa tu Reduan kahwin, dpt called dia from Cambridge jer, tak dpt datang pun wedding reception dia yg unik tu, sbb masa tu dia polis, so siap ngan pedang sumer ada..hehe

Abis jer training kat Cambridge, terus naik train sampai King's Cross. mmg dah tak sabar betul. pastu sabtu pagi esoknye pagi2 lagi dah bangun siap2 nak p stadium. langsung tak pedulik nak jln2 London ker apa ker...that was trivial..hehe

keluar jer Arsenal undeground...mcm tak percaye jer dah sampai finally.... tp tgk...apsal umah org jer byk ni??...then went up a street kat sebelah West Stand...ish takde mende pun...tp nampak a few players Arsenal Ladies baru nak masuk kete..then patah balik lalu plak along the famous North Bank...amik gamba sat...jln lagi...baru nampak East Stand....wow!!! i'm here finally!!!! the rest was history.....


ooo...teringat plak, bila masuk stadium terus call Sarip yg masa tu ada kat kenduri rumah Reduan ckp aku ada kat Arsenal Stadium....sajer bakar member anyway...diala satunye2 member yg sama2 support Arsenal masa kat UTP dulu...

tp apsal aku tak terpikir nak menjenguk stadium baru masa tu pun aku tak paham...dah balik Malaysia baru teringat...punye la excited sgt dpt p Highbury sampai tak teringat plak...cisss!!! tp takpe, next trip kalo ada InsyaAllah akan pegi punya

My wife refer to our trip as '1st second honeymoon' tu maknanya kalo tak best kene bawak pegi tpt lain la plak...2nd second honeymoon la plak kot...tp nasib baik this trip was good...not great though sbb 1st few days jer weather ok...pastu Kuching jerebu...ciss!!! but other than that, it was fun....

We went to Holiday Inn Damai Beach kat kaki Gunung Santubong, mmg best jugak tpt tu. tak nyesal pegi...sepanjang trip ni kitaorg pegi Sarawak Cultural village tgk rumah2 tradisional kaum2 Sarawak, then tgk traditional dance performance...mmg best!

then p tgk fireflies mlm2 ngan suluh mata buaya...that was really exciting. we saw a big one along the river then dia berenang ke arah bot kitaorg, nasib baik lepas tu buaya tu ilang masuk bawah air...fuhh...bila mlm nampak mata dia jer, besar jer warna merah...

pastu jln2 bandar Kuching, beli tikar Sarawak. sampai 4 tu beli... anta kat mak kat JB la, anta kat mak kat Ipoh la, then letak kat rumah sendiri kat KL la...tp semua pos...malas nak bawak sendiri...hehe, pastu beli kumbu hand-made original lagi...tp mmg puas ati la beli semua ni pun...

kitaorg naik River Cruise yg dekat depan waterfront tu....mmg la tak best...1st sbb jerebu (tp nak naik gak), 2nd sbb bila diaorg start buat dance performance, kitaorg mula compare ngan performance kat cultural village....hehe...mmg tak setanding, low budget production la katakan...tp okla...hehe

last day pegi Semenggoh Wildlife Centre melawat org tu.....alaaa org tu.........orang utan!! besar betul la orang utan ni...kuat pulak tu....

sblm pegi trip ni my bos kata mkn Laksa Sarawak kat Kuching Airport sedap...mmg sedap jugak la bos!!
